Job summary

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail is seeking a Bell Attendant Part-Time to ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience for guests. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, valet vehicles, and support ski equipment storage, while upholding Four Seasons standards of hospitality.

The role requires at least 1 year in a luxury hotel, valid US driver’s license (manual transmission experience preferred), and fluent English. Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel setting.
• Possession of a current US driver’s license and proof of clean driving record.
• Must be able to drive a variety of vehicles including manual transmissions.
• Ability to multi-task on several items at once.
• Stand/walk for up to eight hours per shift.
• Move luggage carts up to 200 lbs and lift boxes up to 100 lbs.
• Fluency in English required; Spanish a plus.
• Flexible schedule for AM/PM shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and escorts them to their rooms; delivers luggage to room and to storage.
• Valet guest vehicles in the garage and retrieve them upon request.
• Maintain records of luggage and deliveries per Four Seasons standards.
• Handle guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism, accommodating requests.
• Perform duties of Doorman, Bellman, Valet Driver or House car Attendant.
• Collaborate with co-workers and supervisors.
• Manage seasonal equipment storage or delivery (ski gear, bikes).
• Run errands off-property as needed.
• Operate Opera, HotSOS, and MS Excel systems.
