Job summary

Four Seasons Napa Valley is seeking an Overnight Guest Relations Agent to deliver seamless, personalized service across Front Desk and Guest Services through the night. You will work independently with a small overnight team to ensure luxury guest experiences and smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have a hospitality mindset, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Flexible nights, weekends, and holidays are required; a valid driver's license and RBS

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, hotel operations, guest services, front desk, valet, concierge, or related field preferred.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in an overnight environment.
• Strong guest service skills with a genuine hospitality mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and service recovery skills.
• Proficiency with hotel property management systems and standard software.
• Flexible availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record; RBS certification or ability to obtain required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by welcoming, checking in, and assisting guests overnight.
• Manage front desk operations including reservations, billing, payments, and guest communications.
• Provide concierge-style support by coordinating dining reservations, transportation, and local experiences.
• Assist with bell and valet services including luggage handling and guest escorts.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns, ensuring service recovery and satisfaction.
• Support overnight operations through deliveries, room service assistance, safety walkthroughs, and tasks.
• Collaborate with departments to maintain seamless luxury hospitality operations.
