Job summary

Four Seasons in Calistoga is seeking an Overnight Guest Relations Agent to deliver seamless guest service across Front Desk and Guest Services. You will work with a tight overnight team to ensure luxury experiences, handling check-ins, reservations, and personalized requests.

The role requires hospitality experience, strong communication, and the ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays. A valid driver’s license and RBS certification (or ability to obtain) are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or front desk/concierge roles preferred.
• Ability to work independently in an overnight environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with PMS and guest messaging platforms.
• Flexible overnight, weekend, and holiday availability.
• Valid driver's license and RBS certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, check-in, and assist throughout their stay.
• Manage front desk operations including reservations and billing.
• Coordinate dining, transportation, and local experiences.
• Assist with bell and valet services and luggage.
• Respond to guest concerns with prompt service recovery.
• Support overnight resort operations and safety tasks.
• Collaborate across departments to maintain luxury standards.
