Job summary

Dash In is hiring a Kitchen Team Member in Maryland to join our 24/7 concept. The role starts at $16.50 per hour, with an overnight premium of $1 extra per hour, and growth opportunities within a chef-inspired menu for a busy retail environment.

You will craft meals, maintain safety and sanitation, stock prep areas, operate kitchen equipment, and deliver a great guest experience. Flexibility for days, nights, and weekends is required with a background check and US work eligibility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or completion of our company-paid GED program).
• 1 year of food service experience preferred (line cook or prep cook).
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18+ years old.
• Background check and drug screening completed.

Responsibilities

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Maintain prep station and ensure readiness to serve.

We're assembling an epic Back of House (BOH) team to whip up delectable dishes and deliver an extraordinary food service experience to our hungry guests.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program)
• 1 year offood service experience, line cook or prep cook experience preferred
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening

Ideal Candidates Will Also Have:

• ActiveServSafecertification, or a similar qualification
• Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software
• Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills
