Wonder Medford is hiring a Shift Supervisor to oversee kitchen operations, ensuring top-notch food quality and service for guests. The role covers overnight and other shifts, with varied schedules to meet business needs.

You will lead the restaurant team, coordinate with chefs, manage orders and deliveries, uphold safety and sanitation standards, monitor costs, and train staff. Candidates must be 21+, able to lift 50 pounds, and have a Food Manager Certificate if required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervising in a QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a fast-paced team.
• Strong communication, professionalism, and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant team in opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Coordinate with chef leadership and other departments to ensure quality.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per protocol.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene across back-of-house areas.
• Monitor operating costs and keep within budget guidelines.
• Ensure equipment is safely used and maintained.
• Conduct pre- and post-service briefings with staff.
