Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Harrisburg to oversee kitchen operations, ensuring top-quality food and service for customers. You will lead the restaurant team through opening, prep and closing duties, and coordinate with the chef leadership team to uphold service standards.

You will also manage orders and deliveries, maintain stock, enforce safety and sanitation, monitor costs, and provide coaching and training to staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervision in QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant team in opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Coordinate with chef leadership and other departments to ensure high-quality service.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per protocol.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and hygiene across back-of-house and cleaning schedules.
• Monitor operating costs and ensure adherence to budget guidelines.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is used safely and is in full working order.
• Conduct pre- and post-service briefings with staff and maintain professional leadership.
• Support training and development for restaurant employees.
