Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee kitchen operations, ensuring top quality food and service. Lead the team during opening, prep, and closing, coordinate with chef leadership, and manage orders, deliveries, and stock to maintain excellent guest experience.

You will enforce safety and sanitation standards, monitor costs, and uphold professional leadership across front and back-of-house teams. This is a role with growth potential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience supervising and/or leading team members in a QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team members in all aspects of service, including opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Receive and process all kitchen orders and deliveries in line with company protocol.
• Maintain communication with the restaurant staff to ensure the team has enough stock and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure the appropriate safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices are followed across all back-of-house areas.
