Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee kitchen operations at our Middletown location. You will lead the restaurant team through opening, prep and closing duties, ensuring top-quality food and service.

This role supports overnight operations with schedules often from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM. You will work alongside chef leadership, manage orders and deliveries, monitor costs, and uphold safety and sanitation standards across all back-of-house areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Must be 21+ and legally authorized to work in the US.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for a full shift.
• Food Manager Certificate as required by local health departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team in opening, prep and closing duties.
• Coordinate with chef leadership and other departments for high-quality service.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per protocol.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with ordering and supplies.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and hygiene practices across back-of-house areas.
