Wonder is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Frisco, TX to oversee kitchen operations and lead a fast-paced team to deliver top-quality food and service. The role supports the chef leadership team, manages orders, deliveries, and inventory, and ensures safety and sanitation standards are consistently met.

You will monitor costs, uphold operating standards, and coach staff through pre- and post-service briefings, maintaining a professional leadership style at all times.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience supervising in a QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team in opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Coordinate with chef leadership and departments to ensure high-quality service.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per company protocol.
