Qualifications

• 1+ year supervising in a QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for a full shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team in opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Coordinate with chef leadership and other departments to ensure quality service.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per protocol.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene across back-of-house areas.
• Monitor kitchen costs and ensure adherence to budgets.
• Ensure equipment is safe and functional; perform safety checks.
