Wonder is hiring a Shift Supervisor in Oceanside to oversee kitchen operations and ensure top-tier food quality and service for customers. The role supports overnight operations with shifts typically from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, offering $21.50 per hour plus a $2.00 overnight premium.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience supervising and/or leading team members in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates professionalism and adheres to policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team in opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Coordinate with chef leadership and other departments to ensure high-quality service.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per company protocol.
• Maintain stock and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices across back-of-house areas.
• Monitor kitchen costs and ensure budget guidelines are followed.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is used safely and is in full working order.
• Conduct pre/post-service briefings with staff.
• Present a professional and ethical leadership style.
• Participate in training and development for restaurant employees.
