Job summary

Wonder is hiring a Shift Supervisor in Columbia, MD to oversee kitchen operations, maintain food quality, and deliver exceptional service. You will work with the chef leadership team and other departments to ensure orders and deliveries are processed accurately and on time.

Night shifts pay an additional premium. The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a QSR or full-service restaurant, strong teamwork, and reliable communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising and/or leading team members in a QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professionalism and adherence to policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team in opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Collaborate with chef leadership and other departments to ensure quality service.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per protocol.
• Maintain communication to ensure adequate stock and assist with supplies/orders.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices across back-of-house areas.
