Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervising or leading team members in a QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Demonstrates professionalism and adheres to policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team in opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Coordinate with chef leadership and other departments to ensure quality service.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per protocol.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and hygiene across back-of-house areas.
• Monitor operational costs and follow budget guidelines.
• Ensure all equipment is safe and in good working order.
• Conduct pre- and post-service briefings with staff.
• Uphold operating and quality standards at all times.
• Provide professional and ethical leadership; train and develop employees.
