Wonder is hiring a Shift Supervisor to oversee overnight kitchen operations and lead the restaurant team to deliver top-quality food and service. You will manage opening, prep, and closing tasks, coordinate with chefs and other departments, and ensure safety and sanitation standards are met.

Qualifications include 1+ year supervising in a QSR or full-service restaurant, strong communication, and 21+ eligibility to work in the US; Food Manager Certificate required by state or locality.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervising experience in a QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professionalism and adherence to policies and procedures.
• 21+ and legally authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team in opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Coordinate with chef leadership and other departments for high-quality service.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per policy.
• Maintain stock and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and hygiene across back-of-house areas.
• Monitor kitchen costs and ensure budget guidelines are followed.
• Ensure equipment is safe and in good working order.
• Conduct pre- and post-service briefings with staff.
• Provide professional leadership and coaching to employees.
