Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Cranston, RI to oversee kitchen operations and ensure top-quality food and service. You will lead restaurant team members, coordinate with the chef leadership team, and ensure safety and compliance.

This role offers both full-time and part-time options with a base pay of $21.00/hour and an additional $2.00/hour premium for overnight hours (12:00 AM–5:00 AM). Candidates must be 21+, able to lift 50 pounds, and hold a Food Manager Certificate.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience supervising and/or leading team members in a QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Must exhibit effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team members in all aspects of service, including opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Coordinate with chef leadership and other departments to ensure high-quality service.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per company protocol.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices across back-of-house areas.
• Monitor kitchen costs and ensure budget guidelines are followed.
• Ensure all equipment is safe and functioning.
• Conduct briefings pre- and post-service with staff.
• Uphold operating and quality standards and professional leadership.
• Participate in training, coaching, and development for staff.
