Wonder is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Worcester, MA to oversee kitchen operations and ensure top-quality food and service. Pay starts at $20/hour with a $2/hour premium for overnight shifts, and positions are full-time and part-time with varied schedules.

You will lead the restaurant team, coordinate with the chef leadership team, and help manage orders, stock, and safety to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year supervising in a QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team in opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Coordinate with chef leadership and other departments to ensure top service.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per company protocol.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with ordering and supplies.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices align with schedules.
• Monitor kitchen costs and adhere to budget guidelines.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is safely used and maintained.
• Conduct briefings with front- and back-of-house staff before and after service.
