Job summary

Wonder in Cranston, RI is hiring Team Members to prepare menu items to Wonder standards, greet guests, and support meal-kit and delivery operations. Roles are full-time or part-time, with an overnight premium for hours 12:00 AM to 5:00 AM.

You’ll work in a fast-paced kitchen and dining environment, follow HACCP, maintain clean stations, and have opportunities to grow into Trainer or Supervisor roles. Benefits include a free meal, insurance options, 401(k) and more.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
• Solid organization and clear verbal communication.
• Team-oriented with basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the US; weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Create Amazing Food: prepare menu items to Wonder standards, keep stations clean, stocked, and organized.
• Follow HACCP and all food-safety guidelines.
• Manage inventory scans, pack accurate portions, and ensure every order is correct before it goes out.
• Deliver Incredible Hospitality: greet guests warmly and assist with orders, pickups, payments, and the Wonder app.
• Participate in light local marketing activities (flyers, street engagement, etc.)
• Keep Our Restaurants Looking Their Best: sanitation and restock, trash handling, etc.
