Vaco Recruiter Services is seeking a bilingual HR Manager for third shift at its Santa Fe Springs facility in California. This overnight leadership role will partner with managers and employees to support employee relations, compliance, engagement, staffing, and workforce management initiatives.

Bilingual Spanish/English required.
Experience as HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist.
Background supporting warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environments.
Strong employee relations experience with hourly workforces.
Knowledge of California employment laws and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary HR point of contact for third-shift operations.
Partner with supervisors and operations leadership to address employee concerns.
Conduct employee relations investigations and recommend resolutions.
Support coaching, corrective action, and performance management processes.
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and retention initiatives.
Ensure compliance with California employment laws and company policies.
Track workforce metrics and HR reporting via Excel and Google Sheets.
Provide guidance to managers on employee relations and best practices.
Help drive employee engagement and a positive overnight workplace culture.
