Qualifications

• Experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist in warehouse/manufacturing/distribution settings.
• Strong employee relations experience with hourly workforces.
• Knowledge of California employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets for reporting.
• Bilingual (preferred) and able to support third-shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for third-shift operations.
• Partner with supervisors and operations leadership to address employee concerns and workforce challenges.
• Conduct employee relations investigations and recommend resolutions.
• Support coaching, corrective action, and performance management processes.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and California employment laws.
• Track workforce metrics and maintain HR reporting through Excel and Google Sheets.
• Provide guidance to managers on employee relations and best practices.
• Help drive employee engagement and a positive culture across overnight operations.
