Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for employees and managers across multiple facilities.
• Lead employee relations investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management initiatives.
• Provide guidance to leadership on employee issues, compliance, and HR best practices.
• Partner with operations to support workforce planning, staffing, retention, and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
• Support onboarding, orientation, policy administration, and employee development.
• Maintain HR reporting using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Contribute to process improvements and HR initiatives during growth.
• Foster a positive workplace culture balancing business and operational needs.
