Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of HR experience in Supply Chain or Manufacturing, strong employee relations skills, and be bilingual in English and Spanish. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a salary range of $77,000.00-$113,500.00 annually.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HR Generalist experience within Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Distribution environments.
• Strong background in employee relations, workplace investigations, and employee engagement.
• Self-motivated, collaborative HR professional with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support and counsel for staffing, compensation, benefits, and learning.
• Administer human resources programs including staffing, associate relations, and performance management.
• Consult with management on HR policies and procedures.
