Qualifications

• 5+ years of Human Resources experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in California employment laws and onsite full-time work in Santa Fe Springs.
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for employees and managers across multiple facilities.
• Lead employee relations investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
• Provide guidance to leadership on employee issues, compliance, and HR best practices.
• Support workforce planning, staffing, retention, and engagement with operations leaders.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
• Support onboarding, new hire orientation, policy administration, and employee development.
• Analyze workforce metrics and maintain HR reporting using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Assist with process improvements and HR initiatives for growth.
• Foster a positive workplace culture balancing business and operational needs.
