HR Manager (Day Shift)

Direct Hire | Santa Fe Springs, CA | Up to $120,000 Base Salary

Overview

A rapidly growing distribution and manufacturing company is seeking a bilingual HR Manager to support a large, high-volume workforce across multiple facilities in Santa Fe Springs. This role will serve as a strategic partner to operations leadership while overseeing employee relations, performance management, compliance, recruiting support, and day-to-day HR operations for a workforce of 300-400 employees that continues to grow.

This position is ideal for a hands-on HR leader who thrives in fast-paced warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environments and enjoys being highly visible on the floor partnering directly with employees and managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for employees and managers across multiple facilities
• Lead employee relations investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management initiatives
• Provide guidance to leadership regarding employee issues, compliance matters, and HR best practices
• Partner closely with operations leaders to support workforce planning, staffing, retention, and engagement efforts
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
• Support onboarding, new hire orientation, policy administration, and employee development initiatives
• Analyze workforce metrics and maintain HR reporting using Excel and Google Sheets
• Assist with process improvements and HR initiatives to support continued organizational growth
• Foster a positive workplace culture while balancing business and operational needs

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish/English required
• 5+ years of Human Resources experience, including leadership responsibilities
• Experience supporting warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or other high-volume operational environments
• Strong employee relations and workplace investigation experience
• Working knowledge of California employment laws
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and HR systems
• Strong communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Must be comfortable working onsite full-time in Santa Fe Springs
