Homewood Suites Port St Lucie is seeking a Part Time Night Auditor for the overnight shift in Port St Lucie, FL. The role includes performing audit functions and handling cashiering duties in the hotel’s Property Management System.

High school diploma or equivalent required, with excellent math and reasoning skills and the ability to manage guest interactions after hours. Experience with audit tasks is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Night Auditor duties with hotel policies; audit experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to perform Manager On Duty duties during audit shift.
• Ability to deal with intoxicated guests and maintain safety and professionalism.
• Physical requirements include standing, speaking, hearing, reading and writing; able to lift 30–40 lbs and walk stairs.

Responsabilités

• Check guests in using up-selling techniques to maximize room rates.
• Process guest payments according to policy; handle check-out.
• Respond to guest requests promptly; promote hotel services and local attractions.
• Resolve minor guest complaints; inform supervisor of major issues.
