Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee overnight operations at our Fort Lauderdale property. You will greet guests, balance transactions, and generate daily reports while ensuring security and smooth cross-department collaboration.

This role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year in a hotel or related field; supervisory experience is a plus. Proficiency with Windows/spreadsheets/Word is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM) and handle check-ins, reservations, and late-night questions.
• Balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure accuracy of all numbers.
• Conduct regular security walks to keep the property safe and provide guests with a calm, secure environment.
• Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management reviews while the world is asleep.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations and high service levels during overnight hours.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Windows, spreadsheets, and Word documents, solving problems independently.
