Job summary

Homewood Suites Port St. Lucie is seeking a Night Auditor to perform audit functions and guest services during the overnight shift. You will check guests in and out, handle payments, and respond to guest requests while maintaining hotel security and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Able to perform night audit functions and cash handling.
• Excellent math, reasoning and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Register guests into the hotel during the night shift using up selling techniques.
• Process guest payments and reconcile revenues in the PMS.
• Respond to guest requests and promote hotel services and outlets.
• Perform night audit and duties of Manager On Duty as needed.
• Maintain accuracy and security of cash, deposits, and guest accounts.
