General Hotels Corporation is seeking a Full-Time Night Auditor for Homewood Suites Viera, Florida. You’ll balance nightly revenue and reports while delivering warm hospitality and professional service during the overnight shift.

The role combines front desk hospitality with behind-the-scenes accounting, requiring strong communication, cash handling, and computer skills. Evening availability Monday and Tuesday is required; benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

Competenze

• Previous customer service experience (required)
• Previous hotel or similar experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, positive, and hospitality-focused attitude
• Strong phone and computer skills
• Ability to work overnight shifts on a full-time basis
• Ability to read and speak English
• Previous cash handling experience (preferred)
• Monday and Tuesday night availability (required)

Mansioni

• Complete and transmit nightly accounting reports and supporting documentation
• Audit and balance room revenue, food and beverage revenue, cashier reports, and guest accounts
• Provide exceptional guest service and assist with guest requests as needed
• Serve as the hotel system liaison during overnight hours
• Assist with booking reservations and answering hotel phone calls
• Help create a welcoming, safe, and professional environment for guests overnight
