Hampton Inn Jupiter/Juno Beach is seeking a dependable Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor to ensure a smooth overnight operation and accurate nightly audit. You’ll welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, and support the front desk with daily tasks in a busy hotel environment.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to work overnight shifts. Hilton brand experience is a plus, and training is provided to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous hotel front office experience preferred.
• Night Audit experience is a plus.
• Ability to work overnight schedule and stay calm under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude and provide outstanding service.
• Handle check-ins/check-outs, reservations, cancellations, and inquiries.
• Complete the nightly audit and ensure accounts are accurate.
• Verify end-of-day procedures and review future reservations for accuracy.
• Audit charges and prepare daily accounting and audit reports.
• Process payments, receipts, and transfers; respond to guest questions promptly.
• Coordinate with other departments and uphold brand standards.
