Job summary

Hireology in Grand Prairie, Texas is seeking a Night Auditor for overnight, part-time shifts. You will greet guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, register guests, and manage reservations with careful cash handling and revenue reconciliation.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED required.
• Front desk operations, guest services and hotel services knowledge.
• Proficient in English; multilingual communication helpful.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office; familiarity with hotel systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and welcome them personally on arrival.
• Book reservations and register guests, verifying details.
• Answer calls and route messages accurately.
• Promote loyalty program and recognize members.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and politely.
• Resolve complaints or escalate to management as needed.
• Manage cash drawer contents and transactions during shift.
• Maintain records for cash flows and registrations.
• Handle market and retail transactions for guests.
• Provide information on hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Maintain market inventory and restock as needed.
• Protect guest confidentiality and data with integrity.
