Job summary

Brandt Hospitality Group seeks a Night Auditor to serve as the main overnight resource for guests, handling check-ins/outs, revenue posting, and kiosk operations. You will manage market sales, guest interactions, and ensure accurate records of daily transactions with integrity.

Qualifications

• Front desk operations and guest services knowledge.
• Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office and hotel brand systems.
• Strong cash handling and basic math skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with tact.
• Comfortable interacting with guests from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check-in/check-out.
• Book reservations and register guests.
• Answer calls and route messages.
• Promote loyalty program and recognize members.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly.
• Resolve guest complaints or escalate to management.
• Manage cash drawer and daily transactions.
• Maintain records including registrations and reservations.
• Handle market and retail transactions.
• Provide hotel facility and local attraction information.
