Job summary

Stonebridge in Rehoboth Beach is seeking a Night Auditor who will be responsible for closing out the business day by balancing revenues, performing bookkeeping activities, and ensuring a smooth overnight operation of the hotel.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in hospitality, strong communication skills, and be detail-oriented. This position requires availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred.
• Proficiency in basic bookkeeping and balancing financial transactions.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to hotel guests.
• Verify customer payment methods and process credit authorizations.
• Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts.
• Balance daily receipts and revenues, conducting income audits.
• Assist guests with check-out processes, reviewing accounts.
• Answer phone calls promptly and direct inquiries.
• Coordinate with overnight staff to resolve guest issues.
• Provide guests with information on hotel services and attractions.
