Candidates should have 1–2 years of customer-related experience, strong English skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks calmly under pressure.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer-related experience.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).

• Ability to balance accuracy with pace in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Knowledge of basic accounting concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Post and balance daily hotel work and accounts.
• Prepare restaurant audits to break down and balance figures.
• Handle end-of-day computer issues during shift.
• Reconcile credit card transactions with daily room charges.
• Perform other duties as needed as determined by supervision.
