Highgate Hotels is seeking a Night Auditor to reconcile cashier transactions, verify guest billing, and prepare management reports. The role includes providing guest services at check-in/out and supporting switchboard and reservations when needed.

The candidate should be comfortable with numerical data, deadlines, and multitasking in a busy hotel environment. This on-site position includes comprehensive benefits and requires flexibility for late/overnight shifts.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required or 1 year of progressive hotel experience.
• Guest service experience preferred.
• Must be able to understand financial information and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsabilidades

• Reconcile all hotel cashier transactions and ensure accuracy of guest billings.
• Prepare and distribute daily and month-end reports.
• Assist in check-in/check-out, reservations, and switchboard duties as needed.
• Audit and reconcile Front Desk and Food & Beverage cashiers’ work.
