Responsibilities

• Reconcile hotel cashier transactions and review/manage management reports.
• Ensure accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions.
• Perform guest service agent duties including check-in/check-out and reservations.
• Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports.
• Prepare and distribute daily and month-end reports.
• Input and update financial information into corporate systems.
• Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and confidentiality.
