Job summary

Qualifications

• Guest Service Experience preferred.
• Computer knowledge/skills required.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile hotel cashier transactions and ensure accuracy of guest billings.
• Review, organize and compile management reports on a timely basis.
• Assist with check-in/check-out, reservations and switchboard duties as required.
• Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports and distribute daily reports.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and communicate concerns to management.
