Highgate Hotels is seeking a Night Auditor to reconcile cashier transactions, prepare management reports, and ensure guest billing accuracy. The role includes guest service duties such as check-in/check-out, reservations, and switchboard operation, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and timely reporting.

The position requires the ability to work evenings or overnight, handle financial data, and cross-train in related hotel areas.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or one year of progressive experience in hospitality.
• Guest Service experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and maintain a friendly demeanor.

Responsabilidades

• Reconcile hotel cashier transactions and city ledger; prepare daily reports.
• Perform guest services duties (check-in/check-out, reservations, switchboard).
• Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports; ensure accuracy of numbers.
