Job summary

Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee nightly financial closing, balancing, and posting for our Chattanooga-area property. The role requires attention to detail, guest service excellence, and a willingness to work overnight on a flexible schedule.

You will balance the day’s transactions, maintain accurate cash handling, and ensure system integrity across PMS and PBX. A team-focused attitude and commitment to our ONE TEAM. ONE VISION. culture are essential.

Qualifications

• Oversee auditing, posting, and balancing daily financial transactions.
• Must be able to work overnight and on a flexible schedule.
• Handle guest accounts and balance cash drawers accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel systems (PBX, locks, PMS).
• Communicate clearly in writing, verbally, and in person.

Responsibilities

• Oversee auditing, posting, and balancing daily financial transactions.
• Promote internal growth and teamwork aligned with the ONE TEAM. ONE VISION. philosophy.
• Balance the day’s business in a neat, orderly, and timely fashion.
• Provide personalized, friendly service to every guest and associate.
• Balance cash drawer and ensure security of cash and financial records.
• Be available for overnight shifts and other front desk duties as needed to support operations.
