Responsibilities

• Oversee auditing, posting and balancing daily financial transactions.

• Provide personalized, friendly service to each guest and associate.
• Balance cash drawers and manage walk-in reservations and phone bookings.
• Ensure knowledge of hotel systems and procedures for smooth check-in/out.
