Vision Hospitality Group is seeking a Night Auditor for a flexible full- or part-time role. The candidate will oversee auditing, posting and balancing daily financials, while delivering personalized guest service and maintaining brand standards.

The position requires night-shift availability, strong communication, and the ability to work within a collaborative team. Applicants should be able to manage cash, use PMS systems, and assist in front desk operations as needed in a fast-paced hotel

Qualifications

• Must be able to manage daily financial postings with accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for guest interactions.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays in a 24/7 operation.
• Ability to balance cash drawer and manage reservations.
• Familiarity with hotel systems including phone PBX and key lock.

Responsibilities

• Oversee auditing, posting and balancing of daily financial transactions.
• Provide courteous, personalized service to guests and associates.
• Maintain procedures and brand standards during shifts.
• Balance the day’s business in a neat, orderly, and timely fashion.
• Support front desk operations as needed and assist teams.
