Concept Hotels LLC is seeking a Night Auditor to ensure the accuracy of nightly financial records and provide exemplary overnight guest service. This role performs end-of-day accounting, reconciles transactions, and prepares financial reports to support management decisions.

The position requires a detail-oriented individual capable of independent work in a fast-paced hotel environment and strong communication with guests and staff throughout the night.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reconciliation.
• Experience with hotel property management systems or similar software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit of all hotel financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and adjustments.
• Reconcile daily revenue and prepare accurate financial reports for management review.
• Verify guest accounts and resolve discrepancies to ensure billing accuracy.
• Provide front desk support during overnight hours, including guest check-in and check-out.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and prepare documentation for accounting purposes.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.
