• FSD is a plus, required within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Audit, balance, and report hotel financials for daily operations.
• Oversee front desk operations during overnight shift.
• Post and reconcile payments to the accounts receivable system.
• Prepare city ledger and aging reports.
• Respond to account inquiries and maintain filing systems.
• Follow procedures for posting charges and handling cash.
• Handle correspondence and improve billing accuracy.
