Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify guest folios, room charges, payments, and adjustments for accuracy.
• Process check-ins and check-outs as needed, ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experience.
• Monitor property activity and communicate important information to day-shift leadership and other departments.
• Handle incoming calls, messages, and reservations according to company procedures.
• Support safety, security, and emergency protocols during overnight hours.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area.
