Job summary

Dreamscape Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor in Charlottesville, VA to balance nightly revenue and expenses, manage front desk operations during the overnight shift, and ensure a smooth hotel overnight experience for guests.

Responsibilities include nightly auditing, checking guests in and out, attending to guest inquiries, producing daily reports, and coordinating with the next shift while maintaining front desk cleanliness and providing wake-up calls and basic troubleshooting as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in accounting or bookkeeping is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit of hotel transactions and balance financials.
• Check in/out guests and manage room assignments.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide local information.
• Prepare and distribute daily management reports.
• Maintain front desk area cleanliness and organization.
• Provide wake-up calls and guest services.
• Troubleshoot hotel equipment and escalate issues.
