Job summary

Arbor Lodging is seeking a Night Auditor to manage overnight audit processes, daily revenue reporting, and reconciliation. The role includes guest services duties such as late-night check-ins and addressing guest requests.

You will balance charges, prepare daily summaries, and support front desk operations. A high school diploma and at least 1 year front desk hotel experience are required; strong cash handling and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of hotel front desk experience.
• Experience with auditing, balancing and closing out accounts beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Check front office accounting records for accuracy and summarize information for financial records.
• Track room revenue, occupancy and other operating statistics.
• Prepare a daily summary of cash, checks and credit card activities.
• Post room charges and taxes to guest accounts and ensure proper posting.
• Balance the day’s charges and respond to guest needs and requests.
