You will lead the Night Audit and Front Office teams, address guest needs, and resolve issues while maintaining security and preparing for the morning shift.

Responsibilities include supervising the Night Audit processes, providing guidance to staff, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel Front Office, Night Audit, or related hospitality role.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of Front Office operations and hotel financial procedures.
• Ability to work overnight shifts independently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight hotel operations as Manager on Duty, ensuring safety and guest welcome.
• Supervise Night Auditors and overnight Front Office team members.
• Oversee Night Audit procedures, including daily financial reconciliation and reporting.
