Grand Hyatt Nashville is seeking an Overnight Night Manager to supervise the Front Office and Night Audit teams, ensuring a seamless guest experience and adherence to brand standards. As Manager on Duty overnight, you address guest needs, resolve issues, and keep the property secure for the following day.

You will lead overnight operations, oversee audits, reconcile daily transactions, and communicate updates to morning management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight hotel operations as Manager on Duty.
• Supervise Night Auditors and overnight Front Office team.
• Oversee Night Audit procedures, including daily financial reconciliation, reporting, and accuracy of hotel transactions.
• Respond to guest needs and service recovery opportunities while maintaining high standards.
• Conduct overnight property walks and relay updates to morning management.
• Other duties as assigned.
