Job summary

HM Alpha Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Night Manager for Grand Hyatt Nashville to oversee overnight hotel operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience and adherence to brand standards. You will lead the Night Audit and Front Office teams, address guest needs, and resolve issues while maintaining security and preparing for the morning shift.

Responsibilities include supervising the Night Audit processes, providing guidance to staff, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel Front Office, Night Audit, or related hospitality role.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of Front Office operations and hotel financial procedures.
• Ability to work overnight shifts independently and effectively.

Job description

The Night Manager is responsible for overseeing overnight hotel operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience, maintaining service and brand standards, and providing leadership and support to the Front Office and Night Audit teams. This role serves as the Manager on Duty overnight, addressing guest needs, resolving operational issues, and ensuring the hotel is secure and prepared for the following day.

HOW YOU'LL SHAPE THE EXPERIENCE & FUTURE

• Oversee overnight hotel operations and serve as the Manager on Duty, ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming environment.
• Supervise, support, and provide guidance to Night Auditors and overnight Front Office team members.
• Oversee Night Audit procedures, including daily financial reconciliation, reporting, and accuracy of hotel transactions.
• Respond to guest needs, concerns, and service recovery opportunities while maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Conduct overnight property walks, address operational concerns, and communicate important updates to the morning management team.
• Other duties as assigned.

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
