24 Hour Fitness is seeking an Overnight Sales & Service Associate to support member engagement, front-desk operations, and Club Serv ice commitments at the Walnut Creek location. You will greet members, answer questions about memberships, and help guests take the next steps in fitness goals.

The role emphasizes a friendly, well-maintained gym environment, with opportunities to participate in commission plans and incentives tied to performance.

Qualifications

• Front desk and member service experience required or preferred
• CPR/AED certification to be provided by the employer
• Overnight shift and customer engagement experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and provide prompt check-in assistance
• Answer membership questions and guide guests to the right services
• Resolve member concerns and escalate as needed
• Maintain clean, safe club areas and assist with locker rooms
• Promote in-club promotions and Personal Training options
• Support cross-functional team objectives during overnight shifts
