Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality front desk is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle guest requests professionally.
• Knowledge of local area and lodging operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and perform check-in/check-out procedures.
• Provide information and literature to guests; answer queries.
• Handle reservations via phone, walk-ins, and email.
• Book reservations using lodging reservations system; know units, pricing, and packages.
• Maintain current information on lodging prices, amenities, and services.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest folios.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to meet guest needs.
• Assist staff with inquiries; prepare reports and mailings.
• Assist in selling lodging and valley amenities; adhere to procedures.
• Maintain office etiquette and safety; contribute to team effort.
