Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; experience in hotel setting preferred.
• Guest service experience preferred.
• Must have basic computer skills and be comfortable with hotel software.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Must be able to multitask and maintain a friendly demeanor while serving guests.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile financial transactions for the hotel cashier system and ensure accuracy.
• Review, organize and compile daily management reports.
• Assist with guest check-in/check-out, switchboard, and reservations as needed.
• Audit and reconcile Front Desk, Cashier and city ledger activities.
• Distribute and summarize daily reports per hotel standards.
• Maintain timely communication of issues to management and staff.
• Input and update financial information into corporate systems.
